This combo is one of my favorites. I love carrot juice by itself and mixed with celery. In fact the carrot and celery combo has been a favorite of mine for several years. I started experimenting with red bell pepper in my juices, it has a nice sweet edge to it, but is not something I really like by itself. Although it is one of those tastes that mixes really well - like lemon. Pure lemon juice can be a little intense, and so can pure red bell pepper juice, but adding a little red bell pepper to a juice can be a really nice addition in the right combination.
